-Payment: We accept all Major Credit Cards threw our secure online server. Which you can also use Paypal to pay with. We Accept Visa and Mastercard for Phone Orders. We also accept Money Order,Cashiers Check, and Personal Checks with our Mail in Order Form. We only accept credit card payments that have confirmed addressees/same Billing address as Shipping Address, and we ONLY ship to Confirmed/Billing addresses period.

-Shopping Online-Thanks to modern technology you can shop us online 24/7 simply find the items you would like and click on the Add to Cart Icon/Button. This adds it to your shopping cart, and then you can continue shopping, once you have finished simply click view cart and click checkout.

-Order Status-We strive to ship all items within 48 Hours of your order being placed, if there is a Buy/Add to Cart Icon/Button that means we have it and it ships. In the rare cases where we are back ordered-temp out of stock, we will remove the button and let you know when we expect to get more in-we update the website every day for just this reason.

-Special orders: If you would like something that is not listed in our catalog please feel free to contact us, we can order many items at great prices, unfortunately we can't list everything.

-E-mail: We use your e-mail address to communicate with you threw your ordering process. Things we don't do with your e-mail is sell it or send you unwanted e-mails about products we have for sale. We are very respectful of your privacy.

-Sales Tax: If we ship to an address within Maryland we are required by law to charge you 5% Maryland State Sales Tax. If you live anywhere else in the world, then you do not have to pay sales tax.

--All Modifications to any car are done at your own Risk

-Items may not be exactly as they appear on the web site, and may differ slightly in appearance. Also, occasionally we will update an item with an improved design, but the photo on the site may not be updated immediately. In addition, prices are subject to change without notice.

--All Sales on Electrical parts are Final.

--No Refunds on Special Order items.

--20% Restocking fee on all returns.

--No Returns after 15 Days.

--Return Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

--All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier (usually, USPS) please check any damaged boxes in the presence of the Carrier.

--You must Notify On Green Performance within 5 Business days of receipt to clam defective merchandise

--The manufacture is responsible for warranty on items, So if an On Green Performance Piece breaks we will take care of it. If your 8 month old Autometer Gauge Starts acting up, Guess who you should call if you said OGP-you are the weakest link, if you said Autometer you make it to the next round-(-:

--No warranty is valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence or mishandling.

--$25/Day Storage fee for vehicles after 48 Hours of customer being Notified.

--$25/Day Storage fee for vehicles awaiting customer provided parts.

--20% Surcharge for Customer provided parts.

--All Cores Must be returned in 15 days.

-We Ship Most items 2-3 Day priority because we know you like to get your items fast
-Select Large/Heavy Items Must go Ground--Ex. Exhaust/Large Manifolds, Brake Rotors, etc
-We only Ship to Confirmed addresses for Credit card/Paypal Payments

-Reasons why: well first off not everyone is home to except packages or has a place for them to be left, it is often much easier to run to your local post office then it is to find a other carrier office. Second we have often had problems with other carriers including them denying issuance clams and damage claims-we have heard it is one carrier in particulars business practice. Third-No one has been doing it longer, and you can even get your stuff on Sat.
